✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Accompanied by the order confirmation or proof of purchase

  • No signs of wear, fragrance, makeup, stains, or alterations

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Customized or personalized shirts (including made-to-measure orders)

  • Sale items or items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or washing


💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

We do not refund original shipping charges unless the item was defective or shipped in error.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges due to inventory tracking and processing limitations.

If you require a different size, color, or style, please:

  1. Return the original item following our return process

  2. Place a new order for the desired item on our website

This allows us to ensure a faster and more reliable fulfillment process.


🚚 Return Shipping Instructions

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Please use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
